Driving up Berea Road one would notice several buildings that have been bought and totally renovated including the neighbouring block that Homii is moving into, With the popular area around Davenport Road with its cafes, restaurants and business hub prices have been spilling over into the surrounding areas so this encourages capital growth and rental demand for a safe central place to live.
