This is a well-priced unit with no extra hassle or cost to upgrade and will enjoy capital growth from the City’s attention and renovations taking place around the Point Waterfront and uShaka Beach promenade extension. Similar apartments are selling for more on South Beach closer to uShaka and the more established North Beach area, so prices are spreading to either side of this location. Being central to many of the City’s employment areas (Municipalities, Transnet, uShaka Node, Hotels and Hospitals) means there is a big demand from tenants to live closer to work. There is excellent transport facilities with taxis and the GO Durban Bus system has a stop outside the building.  There are 64 apartments in the building of which I have  personally owned one since 2003 and am also a Trustee on the Body Corporate.
